My little autumn heart has been breaking the last couple days. The clock hadn’t even struck midnight on Halloween and my Twitter was already becoming a scroll fest of Christmas fantasies and winter gifs. You guuuuuuys. It’s still autumn! We Americans still have Thanksgiving to enjoy! I mean, this week has been the first chilly, autumnal week I’ve had of the season. I’ve been dealing with summer temperatures still. I’m standing on my ground with this autumn business, buuut today’s post is perfect whether you’re enjoying the leaves or ready for snow. Autumn and winter are both sweater weather season, so here are some sweaters I hope to prance about in!
*None of the following images in this post are my own. They all belong to their respective product sellers.*
Burgandy? Sold. Hearts? Sold. Sweater? Sold. Everything about this sweater says get on my body. I have a pair of knee socks that would go perfectly with it too, so, I mean, that’s basically a sign, right? My matching socks have me imagining me wearing this match made in heaven while having a cozy, productive day at home, writing posts, drinking a warm beverage. Mmm.
A plain black sweater? YES! Do you see how those loose sleeves look? This sweater looks like I could go from lazy in my bed, whole body tucked into this sweater in a comfy ball, to putting on some burgundy or wine colored lipstick and hitting those chilly nights out with my girls. Tell me this black sweater isn’t killin’ it with the versatility game.
Surprise – this list is going to include pale pink even though it’s not really an autumn or winter color. Sorry not sorry in the slightest. Pink is definitely my go-to color always because it looks great on me, so I don’t see why sweater weather should change that. (Check me out in this pink autumn flannel!) And, I mean, look at that cowl neck. No chilly weather will be nipping at these cheeks if I get to rock this number!
Okay my body can only take so much comfy. This sweater, some leggings, knee socks, boots, a beanie, and a scarf – tell me that wouldn’t be the perfect poet outfit for writing my collection in a little cafe while the leaves blow around outside??? This sweater might be comfiness goals. I don’t know. I’ll have to wait for the price to drop to find out.
This might be the sweater. I mean, the versatility between comfy and sexy, the guaranteed neck warmth, and the sheer poet aesthetic of the style? And bruh, this sweater could totally pair well with pink accessories. I may have found the ultimate staple sweater in this sweater. Like, put. it. on. my. body.
